Papers submitted to MSR Journal should be written in English. Only unpublished material will be accepted, and authors must agree not to publish elsewhere a paper submitted to and accepted by the journal.
Preferably, camera-ready manuscript in duplicate, and a disk containing the file in Microsoft Word for Windows file with latest version of Mathtype for Windows, or (AMS) TEX/(AMS) LATEX2e with a pdf file without footers (page numbers) should be directed to the Editorial Office. The manuscripts for reproduction by a photographic process must be of excellent quality. They should be typed in double line spacing on one side of white paper with a laser printer between 600-1200 dpi. The typing area per page, starting the second must be 16 cmX 21.6 cm (6.5"X8.5) (8.5 replaced by 6-7" for first page). All pages must leave 1.0" at the top of the title and other content pages and 1" bottom margin on 8.5X11" page. This point is important for papers from countries using longer height paper. There should not be any text below ten inches from the top. The written area must be fully used. Page numbers must be penciled lightly on hard copies, if any. Page numbers should not be inserted by word processing program.
A manuscript must be prepared and organized in the following sequence:
· Title of the paper (capitalized and boldfaced) (16 point)
· One line space
· Author(s)' name(s) (14 point)
· Author(s)' affiliation and address with e-mail (12 point)
· Four line space
· Abstract (in small size (10 point) type and with single line spacing )
· One line space
· Key Words, AMS/MSC (in 10 point Times Roman if available)
· Three line spaces
· Text of paper in 10 point (depth of paper from top edge should be 9-10 inches depending on space taken by list of authors and the above information)
· References (in alphabetical order, ten point type and single line spacing)
The abstract, key words, footnotes, references to literature, and remarks in the text should be typed in lower case letters with single line spacing. The key words, formulations of a Lemma, Theorem, Proposition, and Corollary, notions to be defined, and all titles in references of cited papers should be typed in italic. Formula letters should be typed in italic and formula numbers should be placed at right side of the text frame farthest to the border. The footnotes in 8-9 point type should be placed at the bottom of the page they belong to, must be within the typing area, and should be separated from the body text by a short horizontal line. Drawings of highest quality should be inserted directly in the manuscript page and given separately on paper and as file, if possible. References to the literature (books, journals, or proceedings) must be arranged (in alphabetical order) as follows:
